		<description>Thanks for commenting Debbie!  I actually received an email from her not long after that she had landed exactly the kind of job she was looking for.  Hopefully she continues to find success.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I&#039;ve used the lesson learned in our latest hires as well.  Every resume could be better, so when we recently added two new members to our staff, I offered some feedback about their resumes, just to see how they responded (after all, we want feedback-loving people here).&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It&#039;s so hard to give feedback if someone doesn&#039;t ask.  That&#039;s why it really should be our job to ask for it as often as possible.  It&#039;s probably the fastest path to self improvement possible.</description>
