    We are pleased to announce version 6.0 of the Client Feedback Tool. This latest version features a Data API (Application Programming Interface). The Data API allows users to extract results from the Client Feedback Tool and populate them into any other system. One simple example would be to put the survey results link in a record within an ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning), so a user of ERP (such as Deltek’s Vision) could see that results exist, and with one click open the report via a URL.  The data can be organized and formatted into a report format that is most helpful to your firm.

    The Client Feedback Tool already includes the ability to trigger surveys, and thus gathers client data, using an external source such as a financial package or custom webpage. The data extraction capability significantly extends our Enterprise Integration Kit (EIK) functionality, effectively completing an automated data loop.

    When processes are automated using powerful features such as the EIK, they will be utilized in a more consistent manner, allowing a firm to be more in tune with their clients’ needs.
